Pricing Update for Performance Objectives App
Since launching the Performance Objectives app, our focus has been on delivering powerful reporting for Jira while ensuring a secure and reliable service.
As of November 1, 2025, the price of the Performance Objectives app for both Cloud and Data Center will increase. Existing customers and trialing users will be notified of the price update via the billing or technical contact emails associated with their app license.
The exact percentage change for each Cloud user tier is shown in the table below:

Why the Price is Changing
This is our first price adjustment since 2020. Over the past five years, we have significantly invested in the app to deliver better value, including:
- Achieving SOC 2 Type II compliance, to reinforce our commitment to transparency, security, and customer trust
- Delivering numerous improvements and new features to make your reports and dashboards more flexible and insightful
- Participating in Atlassian’s Cloud Fortified and Bug Bounty programs
- Maintaining our commitment to providing high-quality, responsive support
We will continue supporting customers through Atlassian’s Dual Licensing program and Extended Cloud Migration trials.
This pricing update allows us to continue enhancing the app and maintaining the quality you rely on.
Opportunity to Renew at the Current Price
Existing Customers
To ensure a smooth transition, Atlassian’s policy provides a 60-day price override period. This allows you to renew or purchase your next term at the current lower price if:
- The quote is for the same user tier, and
- The quote is generated before the renewal override date (60 days from November 1, 2025)
